Language Education in the 21st Century

Did you understand what is written in here? I assume not, if you are not a binary expert, that is. I am not and expert either, in fact, if I hadn't used a text to binary converter, I would not be able to write this. 

Although it is not considered as a real language, binary codes represent letters, numbers, characters and some operations in the computer system. Without proper knowledge of it, nobody can understand what it means. Now tell me, would you understand if everyone in the world wrote posts or text messages in binary codes? Me neither! Everyone would have to study and learn it in order to communicate! At the 21st century, English is considered as the "Lingua Franca", meaning that it is the common language in the world which everyone should be able to speak in. This makes language learning even more crucial, especially if it is English. Since the era we live in is called the ''Era of Technology'', everyone can connect to different individuals worldwide, which means people will need to learn and speak English more than ever now! With the help of technological advancements, such as improved generative AI, learners can take advantage of those advancements and use it for their own educational benefits. To me, this century is not only the ''Era of Technology'', but also the ''Era of Personalized Education''. Not only learners can improve their quality of education, they can also customize learning tools based on their pace. Now, I want to ask for your opinion, what era do YOU think 21st century is?
