Digital Storytelling: To Reach the Brightest Star
Hello, dear readers! Me and my dearest friend, Buse Beyaz , have created a digital story like our professor has assigned us to do! We used Vimeo to upload it, and have embedded the link here for you to watch! The story is about a planet trying to reach the brightest star in the universe! Our intention was to teach young children about the planet names and how far they are from the sun. The first part is drawn by me (I know I am not very skilled in digital drawing, but I tried my best, sorry if it looks bad!) , and the second part is drawn by my friend! My friend is really skilled and I absolutely adore how we can see the emotion in every scene! Of course, this task has its own difficulties. We (especially I) struggled a lot with animating characters so we chose not to, however we also did not want to use character creating websites because we wanted to make something more special and something which we could make a memory out of!
